Streamline Imagined is seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our presence on various online platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and others. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, and marketplace management to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

1.Platform Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of our presence on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other online platforms. This includes product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and order fulfillment.

2. Optimization: Continuously optimize product listings, keywords, and images to improve search visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance across platforms.

3. Digital Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales on e-commerce platforms. This may include PPC advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.

4. Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics and generate insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

5. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

6. Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing feedback and reviews.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product development, and customer service, to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives.

8. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with e-commerce regulations and platform policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and Shopify.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tactics and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
